In-Service Announcements

(Posted /07/25/07) The Dept. of Instructional Support Services provides in-service training to DYC faculty and staff on the use of the New Blackboard (BB6), the new Moodle, DDL web site building, WordPress blogs, PowerPoint (and other MS Office applications), and the Mozilla web page builder, NVU. If you now offer or plan to offer a course that is partially or fully on the web, the following sessions may be of interest to you.

In-service schedule:
Summer 2007 training schedule. Please contact John Murphy (829-8147) or Tom Milano(829 -8133) for individualized training.

Topics will include the new Blackboard, DDL web site building, the new Moodle and blog Project sites, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, web page building, and the use of multimedia equipment.

Training this Fall 2007 will also include the Sympodium in BFAC 104 and the new smartroom technologies.
