ALPHA is the Lake Shore Central School District's gifted education program.
ALPHA students are challenged beyond what they learn in the regular classroom. They acquire creative thinking strategies, become familiar with multiple types of abilities, and explore topics on deeper levels.
They also develop skills in leadership, team work, problem solving, decision making, technology, organization and critical thinking.
